I love anything with a fish on it, and this piscine motif is just a tiny, stunningly beautiful detail from a much larger mosaic on display in the Bardo National Museum in Tunis, the walls of whose countless rooms are adorned with the most sumptuous Roman mosaics. Even those set into the floor over which you tread as you wander round the museum are all original Roman mosaics.
